Anne Bradfield Tyor
Anne Bradfield Tyor was born in McRae, Georgia in 1925. She graduated from the Florida State College for Women (now Florida State University) in 1945 and from the Duke University School of Dietetics in 1946.
It was at Duke where Anne met and eventually married Dr Malcolm Paul Tyor, Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology from 1965 to 1985. Between 1990 and 2001 they organized several reunions for the 1946 graduating class of the Duke University School of Medicine.
Anne Bradfield Tyor passed away peacefully on May 27, 2012 in the Pavilion at Croasdaile Village Retirement Community at the age of 87.
